Türk tiyatrosunda trajedi

Abstract

İnsana dair her şeyi içinde barındıran dram sanatı, başlangıçtan bugüne insanla beraber sürekli yenilenmiş ve her yenilenmeyle birlikte yeniden doğmuştur. Dram sanatının önemli bir kolu olan trajedi; insanın hüzünlü yanına, ağır ve asil duruşuna, insan yaradılışına ilişkin olağanüstü durumlara ayna tutarken, yüksek değerler etrafında arınma yoluyla bilinç tazelemesine de kaynaklık eder. Bu çalışmada, Batı’dan kaynağını alan trajedi; öncelikle Dionysos tapıncı, dans, ritüel ekseninde incelenmiş, tragedyanın kaynakları, farklı bakış açılarından hareketle tragedya tanımları ve tragedya unsurları değerlendirilerek diğer türlerle farklılaşan noktalarına dikkat çekilmiştir. Dünya tiyatrosunda trajedinin tarihsel seyri kronolojik olarak incelenmiş ve ardından çalışmanın asıl konusunu oluşturan Türk tiyatrosunda trajedinin gelişimi üzerine açımlamalar yapılmıştır. Bu çerçevede trajedi/fâcia adıyla verilen oyunlar, bu oyunların mukaddime ve eklerinden çokça faydalanılmış, oyunlar için yazılan eleştiriler yol gösterici olmuştur. Türklerde dram unsuru ilk olarak dinî törenlerde ve Şaman inancıyla kendini gösterir. Dramatik anlayış, İslâmiyet’in kabulüyle birlikte yeni bir boyut kazanırken, taziyeler trajik unsurun en belirgin taşıyıcısı olur. Türk tiyatrosu daha çok güldürü geleneğine bağlı bir gelişme gösterse de, Tanzimat ile birlikte trajedi ilk kez bir tür olarak benimsenir ve örnekleri verilir. Meşrutiyet’te türler karmaşası göze çarpar ve daha çok siyasî ve toplumsal gelişmeler tiyatroyu yönetir. Dolayısıyla oyunlar, daha çok dönemin algısına uygun ancak trajik anlayışa uymayan eserler olur. Cumhuriyet döneminde trajik anlayış daha iyi kavranır ve bilhassa A. Turan Oflazoğlu, çağdaş Türk trajedilerinin başarılı örneklerini verir.

Drama, that incorporates everything about human being, constantly renewed with humanity since its inception and reborn together with any renewal. As an important branch of drama, tragedy lightens the sad side of human, its serious and noble stance, extraordinary circumstances relating to human nature, also around higher values it is a source to fresh consciousness through purification. In this study, tragedy that rises from the West, is firstly examined on the axis of Dionysos, dance and ritual; the sources of tragedy, tragedy definitions from different perspectives and the elements of tragedy are evaluated. Attention is drawn to different points of tragedy from other kinds. Historical progress of tragedy in the world theater is investigated chronologically and then upon the progress of tragedy in Turkish Theatre, the main topic of study, explanations are made. In this context, the plays with the name of tragedy, prologue and attachments of these plays have been benefited, the critics written for plays has guided to study. Dramatic element in Turks reveals itself firstly in religious ceremonies and with Shamanistic belief. While dramatic perception is gaining a new dimension with the adoption of Islam, taziyes are the most prominent carrier of tragic elements. Although Turkish theatre has an improvement depending on rather comedy, tragedy is accepted as a kind with Tanzimat for the first time and the examples of tragedy are written. Confusion of kinds stands out in Meşrutiyet period and mostly political and social developments manages the theater. Therefore, plays are appropriate to the perception of this period but not tragic. The understanding of tragic is conceived better during the Republican period and especially A. Turan Oflazoğlu gives successful examples of contemporary Turkish tragedy.
