0,1-1 arasında 0.1 adım arttırılarak on farklı değer seçilmiştir.
kullanılarak, yüzey ışınım hesabında S2S (Surface to Surface) ışınım ısı modeli ile
FLUENT® yazılımında çözülmüştür. Doğal taşınım taşımda soğuk duvar üzerinde
ortalama Nusselt sayıları ve ışınımda Nur, Nuc, Nut sayıları hesap edilmiştir.
Convection is the transfer of energy between the surface and the fluid on the
surface. There are many applications in the area of natural convection also matter in
nature emits radiation. Radiation and convection heat tranfer processes are used many
industry; for example, heating, cooling and drying processes. In this study, natural
convection and radiation heat transfer in two dimensional rectangular enclosures are
studied numerically. In the rectangular enclosure geometry, considered bottom wall has
a one, two and three sinusoidal period wavy wall. The bottom and the top wall is the
hot, the left and the right walls are perfectly insulated. Between the top and the bottom
wall, the temperature difference is 20K and the bottom wall is hotter than the top wall.
The problem is solved for Rayleigh numbers 104-106. The emissitive values of the walls
are selected between 0.1-1. The two dimensional steady-state continuity, Navier-Stoke
and energy equations along with Boussinesq approximations are solved using the
Fluent® code. The pertinent equations are solved using Finite volume Method and
transport in terms of the second order (Second Order Upwind) discretization scheme are
used with SIMPLE algorithm. The radiation model used is S2S (Surface to surface)
model embedded in Fluent®. The average Nusselt numbers over the cold surface are
computed for convection and the average Nur, Nuc, Nut numbers over the cold surface
are computed for radiation processes.
