Model,
MS1 modelleme ve simülasyon programı ile simüle edilmiştir.
In this thesis, a train traction system is modeled by bond graph method. It has been
shown that the bond graph method is an effective tool to modelling the systems that consists
of many physical domains (multi domain) such as the train traction system in homogenous
and flexible way. The model is made through E23000 type electric train sets, which is used
by TCDD. The three phase asynchronous traction motor that provides the traction effort for
train is controlled in same way of controlling separately excited DC motor by separation its
rotor flux and electromagnetic torque control, this method is called vector control or field
oriented control. The motor is modeled in two different reference frames, stationary and
synchronous. In the control unit, direct field oriented control (direct vector control) of motor
is used to independently regulate the rotor flux and electromagnetic torque, the PI controllers
is chosen to obtain zero error at steady state. Finally, various PWM duty cycles is applied
on three phase inverter legs, thus various electromagnetic torque values has been obtained.
The model is simulated by MS1 modelling and simulation program.
