Sentezlenen
bileşiklerin fotofiziksel özelliklerini belirlemek için farklı polariteye sahip çözücüler içerisinde
absorpsiyon ve emisyon spektrumları ölçüldü, kuantum verimleri ve Stokes kaymaları
hesaplandı. Bileşiklerin termal kararlılıkları Termal Gravimetrik Analiz (TGA) ölçümleri ile
belirlendi. Ayrıca bileşiklerin çeşitli anyonlara/katyonlara karşı duyarlılık/seçicilik özellikleri
spektrofotometrik, spektroflorimetrik ve kalorimetrik yöntemi ile araştırıldı.
The coumarin compounds are organic heterocycles with high optical properties, high
light stability, high quantum yield, large Stock shift and low toxicity. The main structure
showing fluorescence chemosensor features 7-purpose electron donor -NEt2 substitution, and
the increase in the molecular load of coumarin determines that the anion / cations in the
environment are required by fluorescence damping/effect. In this case, in the thesis, coumarin
based hydrazone functional group is used as fluorophore group. Structures of synthesized
compounds were characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and LCMS. Since the
synthesized compounds are photophysical, absorption and spectra were measured in solvents
with different polarity, quantum yields and Stock shifts were calculated. Thermal stability of
the compounds was determined by Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (TGA) measurements. In
addition, the sensitivity / selectivity properties of the compounds against various anions /
cations were investigated by spectrophotometric, spectrofluorimetric and calorimetric method
