Bu araştırma bir üniversite hastanesinde çalışan hemşirelerde algılanan örgütsel desteğin iş stresine etkisinde kişi-örgüt uyumunun aracılık rolünü belirlemek amacı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir.
Yöntem: Araştırmanın örneklemini Eskişehir ilinde bulunan bir üniversite hastanesinde (N=923) çalışan 500 hemşire oluşturmuştur. Veriler “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Algılanan Örgütsel Destek Ölçeği”, “Algılanan İş Stresi Ölçeği”, “Kişi-Örgüt Uyumu Ölçeği” ile toplanmış ve SPSS for Windows 25.0 ve AMOS 23.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.
Bulgular: Araştırmamızda hemşirelerde “Algılanan Örgütsel Destek Ölçeği” genel puan ortalamasının (22,70± 6,43) ortalama değerin altında, “Algılanan İş Stresi Ölçeği” genel puan ortalamasının (39,45±8,33) ve “Kişi-Örgüt Uyumu Ölçeği” genel puan ortalamasının (12,35± 4,12) ortalama değer civarında olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Sonuç: Yapılan analizler sonucunda, hemşirelerde algılanan örgütsel desteğin iş stresini (β=-0.306, p<0.05) ve kişi-örgüt uyumunu (β=0.808, p<0.05) anlamlı derecede etkilediği ancak; kişi-örgüt uyumunun iş stresini anlamlı derecede etkilemediği (β=0.119, p>0.05) ve algılanan örgütsel desteğin iş stresine etkisinde kişi-örgüt uyumunun aracılık rolü üstlenmediği tespit edilmiştir
This research was carried out to determine the mediating role of person-organization fit in the effect of perceived organizational support on job stress in nurses working in a university hospital.
