Descriptive statistics were used in the statistical evaluation of the obtained data and the chi-square test was used for the analysis of categorical variables.
Results: In our study, the data of 181 Pediatric Dentists who answered all the questionnaire questions were evaluated. It was determined that %93.4 of the participants were women, %69.1 were between the ages of 25-30, %64.1 were single and %84.5 had no children. As a result of the study, 14.9% of the participants had general burnout, %27.6 had high emotional exhaustion, %20.4 had high depersonalization and %97.8 had low personal accomplishment. It was determined that age, title, institution, attendance to doctorate/specialty education, department preference, professional experience, having/number of children, sleep problem, mobbing excuse and presence of hobby affected the level of burnout (p<0.05).
Conclusion: As a result, it was observed that Pediatric Dentists experienced burnout, especially in terms of personal accomplishment.
