6. sınıf matematik ders öğretim programının uygulanabilirliğine ilişkin öğretmen görüşleri

Abstract

Bu araştırma, 2004-2005 eğitim-öğretim yılında pilot uygulaması yapılan ve 2006-2007 eğitim-öğretim yılında uygulamaya konulan 6. sınıf matematik dersi öğretim programının uygulanabilirliğini öğretmen görüşlerine dayalı olarak değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır.Bu araştırmanın yöntemi nitel araştırma olup, içerik analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar şöyle özetlenebilir:Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2007-2008 öğretim yılının II. döneminde Eskişehir ili merkezine bağlı her eğitim bölgesindeki bir ilköğretim okulunda görev yapan ve rastlantısal örneklem yoluyla seçilmiş 10 matematik öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri, üç bölümden oluşan bir görüşme formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Görüşme formunun birinci bölümünde ders öncesi hazırlık aşamasına ait sorulara, ikinci bölümde ders sürecine ait sorulara ve son bölümde ise ölçme-değerlendirme aşamasına ait sorulara yer verilmiştir.Öğretmenlerin 6.sınıf matematik ders programının uygulanabilirliği konusundaki genel görüşlerinde programın pek çok eksiği olduğu ısrarla vurgulanmış ve genellikle daha çok sıkıntı yaşayanların kıdemli öğretmenler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bunun yanında öğretmenlerin pek çok sorunda görüş birliğine vardığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin bu sıkıntıları aşmak amacıyla ortak öneriler ileri sürdüğü de gözlemlenmiştir.Katılımcıların kişisel düşünceleri açısından programın uygulanabilirliğine dair görüşlerinde belirgin bir fark belirlenmemiş; genel olarak yöneltilen sorulara verdikleri cevaplarda birleştikleri gözlenmiştir.

This research has been done in order to assess the mathematics education of 6th grade level according to the teachers? opinions which pilot practice has been done in the 2004-2005 education year and which has been put into practice in the 2006-2007 education year.The method of this research is qualitative research, the results which have been got by using description analysis method have been summarized as:The working group of research, in the second semester of 2007-2008 education year, has been done by the 10 elementary mathematics teachers who were working in the primary schools in the each region of the center of town Eskişehir and who has been selected by coincident example. The research findings has been got by a interview form which has been constructed three section. The first section of the interview form has been included questions that belonging to step of preparation to lesson, the second section has been included questions that belonging to learning-teaching period and the last section has been included questions which belonging to step of measurement- evaluation.It?s been persistently stressed that teachers general opinions about practicing of 6th grade level mathematics lesson programme has been had a lot of deficiencies and has been generally determined many utilities years teachers who had much morediscomforts. In addition, it has been stated that teachers have arrived union of opinion about a lot of problems. Also, it has been observed that teachers propose common suggestions for solving these problems.According to personal thoughts of participators, opinions that concerning applicability of programme has not been stated a difference. Generally, answers that has been given for asking questions has been observed to be agree.
