Bilgi toplumuna geçiş sürecinde rekabet gücüne sahip olmak için, otomotiv
sanayinin yoğun sermaye ve teknolojik alt yapı gerektirmesi; gelişmekte olan
ülkeleri, gelişmiş ülkeler karşısında güçsüz kılmaktadır. Yoğun teknolojik
yatırımlara ihtiyaç duyan Türk otomotiv sanayi yabancı otomotiv üreticilerinin
stratejilerine bağlı olarak gelişmekte ve dolayısıyla katma değer yaratamamaktadır.
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı; bilgi toplumunda değişen rekabet gücü
kriterlerini otomotiv sanayi açısından incelemek ve sanayinin katma değer
yaratamamasının nedenlerini belirleyip, teknolojik gelişim hızını ölçmektir.
Kullanılan veriler; OSD, TCMB, DPT ve TÜLOMSAŞ gibi kuruluşlardan
derlenmiştir.
Çalışmada bilgi toplumunda otomotiv sektörü Türkiye ve Güney Kore
açısından değerlendirilip, karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Türk otomotiv sanayinin
teknolojik gelişim hızını ölçmek amacıyla kurulan model; Solow’un Katma Değer,
Sermaye ve Đşgücünden hareketle yaptığı çalışma temel alınıp, Ewievs programında
en küçük kareler yöntemi kullanılarak oluşturulmuştur.
Çalışma da aynı zamanda; Türk otomotiv sektörünün bilgi toplumu sürecinde
rekabet üstünlüğü sağlaması için, yapılması gereken çalışmalar ve alınması gereken
önlemler hakkında, çeşitli öneriler sunulmaktadır.
The transition to knowledge society have the power to compete in the
process, the automotive industry requires heavy capital and technological
infrastructure, developing countries and developed countries, makes the face of
weak. Turkish automotive industry which needs intensive technological investments
needed to depends on foreign automotive manufacturers in developing their
strategies and thus can not create added values.
The main objective of this study is the changing competitiveness in the
information society in terms of criteria for the automotive industry to examine and
determine the cause of the industry value-added and to measure the speed of
technological development.
Using the data, OSD, TCMB, DPT, and was compiled from agencies such as
TÜLOMSAŞ.
Working in the automotive industry in the information society in Turkey and
South Korea are assessed and then comparasion is made Turkish automotive industry
was established to measure the speed of technological development model; Solow’s
Added Value, Capital and his work with the labor force based on the least squares
Ewievs program was created by using the method.
In the study the things that need to be done to provide competitive superiority
in the process of Turkish automotive sector and several advantages are offered.
