Yeni tip suda çözünebilir poli[oligo(metilenoksit)metakrilat]-b poli[(dimetilamino)etil metakrilat)-st-(tetrahidropiranil metakrilat)] POEGMA-b P(DMA-st-THPMA) blok kopolimeri grup transfer polimerizasyonu (GTP) ile
sentezlenmiĢtir. POEGMA-b-P(DMA-st-THPMA) polimerindeki THPMA kısımları
poli[oligo(metilenoksit)metakrilat]-b-poli[(dimetilamino)etil metakrilat)-st-(metakrilik
asit)] POEGMA–b-P(DMA-st-MAA) blok kopolimeri oluĢması için, uygun koĢullar
altında asidik hidrolizi gerçekleĢtirilmiĢtir.
Ayrıca, poli(etilenglikol)-b-poli(metakrilik asit) PEG–b-PMAA diblok kopolimeri
atom transfer radikal polimerizasyonu (ATRP) ile sentezlenmiĢtir. Poli(etilenglikol)-b poli[(tersiyerbütil) metakrilat] PEG–b-PtBMA öncü diblok kopolimeri olarak
sentezlenmiĢtir. tBMA kısımları uygun koĢullar altında asidik hidroliz ile MAA
dönüĢtürülerek PEG–b-PMAA diblok kopolimeri elde edilmiĢtir.
POEGMA–b-P(DMA-st-MAA) kopolimeri ve PEG–b-PMAA diblok kopolimeri
bazik sulu çözeltilerine (pH 11.0) CdCl2 eklenmesiyle, çekirdekte MAA anyonları ve
Cd+2 katyonu kompleksleĢmesi sonucunda, monodispers misel yapıları oluĢturmuĢtur.
Misel çözeltisine tiyoasetamid ilavesiyle CdS nanokristaleri elde edilmiĢtir. Son olarak
CdS nanokristalerinin optik, elektriksel ve yapısal özellikleri UV-VĠS spektrofotometre,
AFM, XRD ve TEM kullanılarak incelenmiĢtir.
A novel water soluble triblock copolymer, namely poly[oligo(ethylene
glycol)monomethyl ether methacrylate]-b-poly[(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate)-
st-(tetrahidropiranyl methacrylate) copolymer [POEGMA-b-P(DMA-st-THPMA)], was
synthesized via group transfer polymerization (GTP). THPMA residues of the
POEGMA-b-P(DMA-st-THPMA) copolymer were deprotected by acidic hydrolysis
under mild conditions to get well-defined poly[oligo(ethylene glycol)monomethyl ether
methacrylate]-b-poly[(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate)-st-(methacrylic acid)],
POEGMA–b-P(DMA-st-MAA), copolymers.
Another, poly(ethyleneglycol)-b-poly(methacrylic acid) (PEG–b-PMAA) was also
synthesized by using atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP).
Poly(ethyleneglycol)-b-poly(tertiarybuthyl methacrylate) (PEG–b-PtBMA) block
copolymer was first synthesized as precursor diblock copolymer. tBMA residues were
then converted to methacrylic acid (MAA) by acidic hydrolysis under mild conditions
to give well-defined a novel water soluble PEG–b-PMAA diblock copolymers.
Both POEGMA–b-P(DMA-st-MAA) copolymer and PEG–b-PMAA diblock
copolymer formed near-monodisperse micelles by the addition of CdCl2 in basic
aqueous solution (pH 11.0) via formation of the micellar core with the complexation of
MAA anions and Cd+2 cations. After addition of thioasetamide into the micellar
solution, CdS nanocrystals were obtained in the miceller structure. Finally, optical,
electrical and structural properties of CdS nanocrystals were studied by using UV-VĠS
