The waste as a result of industrial activity cause of destroying of ecosystem when they are linked to the carriage. Especially the dyestuff and chemicals which are produced by the textile industry affect the enviroment and the public health in negative way. Therefore, the importance of recycling such kind of subjects geting more serious day by day. In this study, decolorization of Yellow 85, Blue 13, Orange 13, Black 8, Red 3:1, Blue 49, Blue 72, Orange 12, Violet 1 dyes in aqueous solutions, has been investigated by Saccharomyles cerevisiae biomass immobolized on Pinus nigra cones. According to screening studies,Yellow 85, Blue 13 and Orange 13 chemical dyestuffs are particulary selected for further studies. In order to determine the optimum deolorization conditions for these dyes the effect of pH, initial dye concenration, stirring speed, temperature, contact time, for these dyes the effect of biomass amount has been investigates. Also, FT-IR, toxicity, potential of zeta potential analyses have been examined. The decolorization yield in syntetic waste water has been investigated.
According to results of the study, it has been found that the decolorizatian yield of was found as 72,55 %, 72,06 % and 76,34 % respectively. The colorization tields in synthetic waste water was determined as 64.49% for Yellow 85, 32.40 % for Blue 13 and 53.92 % for Orange 13. 28.5% of decolorization yields achieved synthetic solution containing the three dyes simultaneously. According to toxicity analyses reductions in toxicity levels were observed for these dyes after decolorazation process.
