Türkiye’de iktisat eğitiminin değerlendirilmesi ve egemen öğreti olan neo-klasik iktisadın eleştirisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı iktisat bilimine ve eğitim yöntemlerine yöneltilen eleştirileri dikkate alarak egemen iktisat kuramının s ı n ı rlarını ve sosoekonomik sorunlara çözüm getirebilme potansiyelini ortaya ç ı karmaktır. Aslında bu çalışma " İ ktisat eğ itimi nasıl olmalıdır?" sorusuna cevap aramaktadır.

Çalışmada mevcut iktisat e ğ itim sistemine ve günümüz iktisat eğitiminde egemen kuram olan neo-klasik iktisada diğer birçok kuram tarafından –buna post otistik iktisat kuramı da dahil- yöneltilen eleştiriler göz önünde bulundurularak araştırma konusunu kapsamlı bir biçimde anlamaya ve konuya her açıdan hakim olarak çözüm önerileri sunmaya çalışılmıştır.

Söz konusu eleştiri ve tartışmalar ışığında mikro-makro ayrımına son verilmesi, sermayeyi destekleyen politikalar yanında sosyal politika prensiplerine de önem veren bir makro iktisadın olması, deneysel çalışmaların üzerinde durulması, iktisatta matematiğin kullanımının amaç değil de araç olduğu bilincine varılması ve iktisat eğ itiminin tüm ekolleriyle birlikte bir bütün halinde verilmesi gerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır.

The purpose of this sdudy is to show the ability of solution potential of dominanat neo-classical economics to socio economic problems by considering critisizms of discipline of economics. This study actually tries to find an answer to this question:“How must be the education of economics?”

In this study we tried to comprehensively understand the research topic and offer solutions considering the critisizm of present education of economics and dominant neo-classical economics by other economic theories including the Post Autistic Economics.

By that arguments and critics we concluded that micro-macro division must be ended, with the capital supported politics there must be macro economics which considers and gives an importance to principles of social politics, emphasize experimental researches, understanding the situation and position of mathematics in economics and the education of economics must be carried on with all other schools.
