Yoksulluk ve yoksullukla mücadele politikası aracı olarak mikro kredi (Eskişehir grameen bank analizi)

Abstract

Bu çalışma, mikro kredi uygulamasından faydalanan ve yoksul olarak nitelenen kimselerin kredi vasıtasıyla yoksulluktan ne ölçüde çıkabildiklerini ele almıştır. İlk iki bölümde yoksullukla ilgili kavramlar ve yoksullukla mücadele politikaları açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü ve son bölümde ise Grameen Mikro Kredi Programı ele alınarak Eskişehir uygulamasının etkinliği analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre mikro kredinin kullanımının kredi müşterilerine gelir, istihdam, yaşam standardı ve sosyal açıdan önemli katkılarının olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ancak kredi müşterilerinin iş alanlarının daha çok el işi tezgâhları, tuhafiye dükkânı ve terzihane gibi küçük çapta oldukları görülmüştür.

This thesis discusses to what extent the poor people who used microcredit implementations get better off. In the first two chapters, the concepts concerning poverty and the policies employed against the poverty are explained. In the third and the last chapters, Grameen microcredit practices are discussed and the performance of this implementation in Eskisehir is analyzed. According to the results, it is found that the practice of the microcredit contributes to the income, and increases employment, and the life standard of the poor as well as it helps their socialization. It is also understood that those applicants of the microcredit have only small shops such as workbench of handmade products, millinery and tailor?s shop.
