malzemelerin taramalı elektron mikroskop (SEM), optik mikroskop, elektriksel
iletkenlik ve optik emisyon spektrum analizleri gerçeklestirilmistir.
Nowadays, there has been great requirement for novel materials in material
science in parallel to the technological developments. Many important works have been
done on composite materials which are one of these materials. In this work, a new
method has been used to produce metal matrix-layered composite materials and analysis
of this material has been performed.
With this method which does not exist in literature and treated firstly by us, 13
layered metal matrix composite material has been produced from silver and alumina
using Thermionic Vacuum Arc (TVA) system. After the production process, the
analysis of the metal matrix composite material has been performed. The material has
been characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Metallurgical Optical
Microscope, electrical conductivity and Optical Emission Spectroscopy.
