Günümüzde özellikle rekabetin etkisiyle yeniliğe olan ihtiyaç gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Örgütlerin bu rekabet ortamında hayatta kalmaları için sadece ürün ve hizmetlerde değil, aynı zamanda hem örgüt içerisinde hem de değişen müşteri istek ve ihtiyaçlarına göre rakiplerden farklı ve etkin olarak üstün müşteri değeri yaratabilmek için pazarlama yeniliği de yapmaları gerekmektedir. Yeniliğin sürekliliği ve devamlılığını sağlamada örgüt kültürünün etkili ve önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı da örgüt kültürünün örgütsel yenilik ve pazarlama yeniliği üzerindeki etkisini ölçmek ve örgütsel yenilik ile pazarlama yeniliği arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır.
Araştırma için pazarlama yeniliğini aktif olarak uygulayan sektör olan gazlı içecek sektörü uygun görülmüş ve veriler gazlı içecek sektöründe bulunan üç firmadan toplanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamındaki firmalara gönderilen anketlerden toplam olarak 223 adet anket geri dönmüş ve bu anketler üzerinden analizler yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın amacına uygun olarak oluşturulan hipotezler regresyon analizi ile test edilmiştir.
Araştırma bulgularına göre örgüt kültürünün örgütsel yenilik ve pazarlama yeniliği üzerinde ve örgütsel yeniliğin pazarlama yeniliği üzerinde önemli ve anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu görülmüştür.
Today especially effect with markets and the need for innovation grow exponentially. For organizations to stay buoyant in this competitive environment they have to innovate not only in goods and services, but must also innovate intra-organizationally and in their approach to marketing. Marketing innovation aims to answer to the changing demands of customers and to create superior customer value to that of market rivals. Organizational culture plays an important role in determining the quality and continuity of innovation. This thesis aims to examine the effect of organizational culture on, and the relation between, organizational and marketing innovation.
The carbonated beverage industry has been determined as an ideal field of research to observe marketing innovation due to the frequency with which it occurs in this field. All data has been collected from the three proponents of the sector. 223 completed surveys were returned from the above mentioned companies. The surveys gathered contributed to the analyses made in this thesis. Hypotheses reached in holding with the aim of this thesis were tested using regression analysis.
The research findings of this work point to the importance of organizational culture in the effect it has on organizational and marketing innovation and the importance of organizational innovation in the effect it has on marketing innovation.
