ve tiyosiyanat iyonunu tanıyan üç farklı katı destek elde edilmistir. Bu katı destekler;
The aim of this study is the investigation of developing new solid polymeric
sorbent materials which have SCN- ion template recognizing SCN- ions, introducing the
ability of selectivity properties of these SCN- templates. In the first step of this study
which is formed by the synthesis of three diffeent sorbent materials, chitosan-Zn(II) and
AAPTS-Zn(II) metal-chelate monomers have been prepared and then reacted with
SCN- ions. By using synthesized preorganization complex have been polymerized.
After that, the solid SCN- ions have leached form these structures using 0,1M
formaldehit and three sorbent materials which have binding sites selective to SCN- ions
have been obtained. These solid matrix are
MIP-1 (chitosan-Zn(II)-SCN),
MIP-2 (chitosan-Zn-AAPTS-SCN),
MIP-3 (AAPTS-Zn-SCN)
In the second step, the structure of these sorbent materials have been characterized by
FTIR and the usabilities of these sorbent materials in SCN- ions adsorption-desorption
studies have been investigated comparing the adsorption isotherms and their selectivity.
