Bu çalışma, ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin yöneticilerinin
eğitim programını yönetme becerilerine ilişkin görüşlerini ortaya konulmasını
amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma evrenini, 2010-2011 Bursa il merkezinde yer alan 276
kamu ve 18 özel okulda görev yapan 5844 öğretmenden oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın
örneklemini ise Bursa ili ilköğretim okullarından tesadüfü yöntemiyle örneklem
seçilen 24 okulda görev yapan 240 adet öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Bu öğretmenlerin
120 tanesi resmi okullarda görev alırken geriye kalan 120 öğretmen ise özel
okullarda görev almaktadır. Araştırmada kullanılan Öğretim Programlarının
Yeterliliği Ölçeği ile eğitim programlarının yönetimi konusunda okul yöneticilerinin
yeterlilik düzeyleri saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre ‘Öğretim
Programlarının Değerlendirme Süreci’ puanlarının ortalamasının en yüksek,
‘Öğretim Programlarının Yapısı’ puanlarının ortalamasının en düşük olduğu
görülmektedir. Okul yöneticileri, programın uygulama sürecinde ve sonunda
yapılacak olan ölçme ve değerlendirme uygunluğu ve çeşitliliği konusunda
yöneticilerden beklenen davranışları büyük ölçüde yerine getirirken, program yapısı
ile ilgili yönetsel faaliyetleri daha az yerine getirdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Özel
okullarda görev yapan okul yöneticilerinin resmi okullarda görev yapan yöneticilere
göre daha fazla eğitim programını yönetme becerilerine sahip olduğu saptanmıştır.
Öğretmenlerin kıdem durumlarının ‘Öğretim Programları Uygulama Öncesine’ ve
Öğretim Programları Uygulama Sürecine’ etkisi anlamlı olarak bulunmuştur
In this study, primary school teachers aimed to put forward the views on the
skills of managers to manage the training program. Research the universe of the
2010-2011 at the center of the province of Bursa 276 public and 18 private school
teacher working in 5844 has created. The sample of primary schools in the province
of Bursa, the method of the survey randomly selected sample of 24 schools, 240
teachers are working. This is one of 120 teachers in public schools while the
remaining 120 teachers working in the private schools are involved. Adequacy Scale
used in the study of educational curricula, training programs and qualification levels
in the management of the school administrators tried to be determined. According to
the findings of 'Education Programs Evaluation Process' average scores in the
highest, 'Structure of Curricula' was the lowest average scores. School
administrators, the program's application process and eligibility at the end of the
evaluation and assessment of the diversity and behaviors expected from managers in
performing a large extent, on the structure of the program rather than administrative
activities which it undertakes less. School administrators who work in private
schools public schools serving more than managers with skills to manage the training
program was found. Seniority status of teachers' education programs prior to the
application 'and Instructional Programs Application Process' effect was found to be
