Kaba
küme yöntemiyle yapılan nitelik indirgeme çalışması sonucunda;
Andezit kesim performansını çekme dayanımı (TS-MPa), yoğunluk (DE gr/cm3
) ve kuvars içeriğinin (QZ-%) etkilediği ve kesim performansı (CR-m2
/saat)
tahmininde; CR(m²/h) = 0,82 - 0,293 TS + 1,98 DE - 0,406 QZ eşitliğinin %71,3
belirlilikle kullanılabileceği ve anlamlı (P=0,003 < 0,5) tahminler sağladığı,
Mermer kesim performansını çekme dayanımı (TS-MPa), gözeneklilik (PO-
%) ve koni delici sertliğinin (CIH) etkilediği ve kesim performansı (CR-m2/saat)
tahmininde; CR(m²/h) = 13,6 + 0,693 TS + 4,18 PO - 2,82 CIH eşitliğinin %50,7
belirlilikle kullanılabileceği ve anlamlı (P=0,003 < 0,5) tahminler sağladığı belirlenmiştir
In diamond wire cutting method, knowing the relationship between the physico mechanical properties of the rock to be dimensioned or cut and the performance
parameters affects the productivity and cost positively. Although many studies have been
carried out by different researchers on the subject, there has been no study on the
evaluation of diamond wire cutting performance with a rough set approach. In this study, it
is aimed to determine the rock properties that most affect the diamond wire cutting
performance of natural stones which are classified into two groups as Magmatic (Andesite)
and Metamorphic-Sedimentary Origin Marbles (Real Marble and Limestone-From now on
they will only be called Marble.) with the rough set approach.
15 sample data for Andesite and 23 sample data for Marble were used in this study
and all datasets have different properties. The rough set reduction method was used to
determine which of the physico-mechanical properties such as tensile strength (TS-MPa),
porosity (PO-%), density (DE-gr/cm3), shore hardness (SH), cone drilling hardness (CIH)
and quartz content (QZ-%) was more effective on diamond wire machine cutting
performance (CR-m2
/hour) for andesite and marble. As a result of the feature reduction
study made with the rough set method;
• Tensile strength (TS-MPa), density (DE-gr/cm3
) and quartz content (QZ-%)
are effective on andesite cutting performance. Meanwhile, in estimation of cutting
performance (CR-m2
/ hour); CR(m²/h) = 0.82 - 0.293 TS + 1.98 DE - 0.406 QZ equation
can be used with 71.3% certainty and provides meaningful (P = 0.003 <0.5) estimates.
• Tensile strength (TS-MPa), porosity (PO-%) and cone drilling hardness
(CIH) are effective on marble cutting performance. Meanwhile, in estimation of cutting
performance (CR-m2
/hour); CR(m²/h) = 13.6 + 0.693 TS + 4.18 PO - 2.82 CIH equation
can be used with 50.7% certainty and provides meaningful (P = 0.003 <0.5) estimates
