Çatışma çözümü ve İslam

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın konusu, din sosyolojisi perspektifinde çatışma çözümünün karakteristiğini belirlemeye ve İslam’ın çatışma çözüm alanıyla etkileşimini değerlendirmeye yöneliktir. Çalışmada temel problem dinin çatışma olgusuna ve çatışma çözümüne olumlu veya olumsuz yönüyle etkilerinin ne boyutta olduğu, hangi İslami öğretilerin ve prensiplerin toplumsal düzenin sağlanmasında, çatışma önleme ve çözümü sürecinde uygulanabilir olduğudur. Bu problem çerçevesinde dinin diğer faktörlerle birlikte çatışma çözümüne etkisi ve özellikle İslam dininin çatışma yönetimi ve çözümü açısından önemli siyasi ve sosyal prensiplerini analiz etmek amaçlanmıştır. Bu nedenle başlangıçta çatışma ve işlevsel teoriler çerçevesinde din ve çatışma etkileşimiyle birlikte çatışma olgusunun nitelikleri, çatışmanın nedenleri, kökenleri ve çatışma tipleri disiplinler arası yaklaşımla ele alınmıştır. İkinci ve üçüncü bölümde sosyoloji alanına katkıda bulunan önemli teorisyenlerin geliştirdiği çatışma çözüm sistemleri ve çatışma yönetim sürecinde kullanılan yöntemlerin incelenmesi yönüyle çatışma çözümü aşamasında konu iki boyutlu olarak ele alınmıştır. Marx-Engels’in ve İbn Haldun’un geliştirdiği toplumsal sistem teorilerinin öncelikli olduğu bölümde farklı çatışma çözüm sistemi örnekleri yer almıştır. vi Çatışma çözüm sistemi önerileri açısından İslam odaklı olmayan ve İslam odaklı olan şeklinde kategorize edilen farklı sistem örnekleri açıklanmış ve karşılaştırılmıştır. Diğer yandan bu bölümde çatışma çözümünde İslam'ın etkisini analiz etmek için Kur'an başta olmak üzere temel hadis ve İslam Hukuku kaynaklarına başvurulmuştur. İslam'ın sosyal, psikolojik, siyasal ve ekonomik prensipleri doğrultusunda çatışma çözüm alanına katkıları, teorik açıdan çözüm yöntemleri ve çatışma önleyici esaslar ile birlikte tarihi örneklerin incelenmesiyle İslami çatışma çözüm uygulamaları değerlendirilmiştir. Son bölümde çatışma görünümünün ağır bastığı günümüz toplumlarında çatışmaların çözümlenmesine ve barış inşa etmeye yönelik resmi ve resmi olmayan çalışmalar aktüel örneklerle açıklanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında karşılaştırma ve açıklama gibi yöntemlerle elde edilen sonuçlar, dinin çatışma çözümünde belirgin bir etken olarak çatışma çözüm alanına önemli katkılar sağlayan bir olgu olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca ortak ahlaki kurallara sahip diğer bazı dinlerde de olduğu gibi, İslam'ın doğru uygulamalarla çatışma önleyici, çatışma çözücü ve toplumsal barışa katkı sağlayacak prensiplere sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır

The subject of this research is to determine the characteristics of conflict resolution in the perspective of sociology of religion and to evaluate the interaction of Islam with the conflict resolution field. In this study, the extent to which the effects of religion to conflict phenomenon and conflict resolution in terms of positive or negative aspects, which Islamic doctrines and principles can be applied in providing social order, conflict prevention and resolution process is the main problem. Within the framework of this problem, it is aimed to analyze the effect of religion on conflict resolution and other political and social principles of Islam in terms of conflict management and resolution. For this reason, in the beginning, the inter-disciplinary approach of conflict and its characteristics, causes, origins and types of conflict were discussed in the framework of conflict and functional theories. In second and third chapter, the issue was discussed in two dimensions in the conflict resolution stage by examining the conflict resolution systems and methods used in the conflict management process developed by the important theorists who contribute to the field of social science. The social system theories developed by Marx-Engels and Ibn Khaldun were given priority in the chapter where different examples of conflict resolution systems were presented. Different system examples categorized as non-Islamic and Islamic- viii oriented in terms of conflict resolution system proposals were explained and compared. On the other hand in this section, the main sources of the hadith and Islamic law, especially the Qur'an, are used to analyze the impact of Islam in conflict resolution. The contributions of Islam to the conflict resolution field in line with social, psychological, political and economic principles, theoretical methods of resolution and anti-conflict principles as well as historical examples were examined and Islamic conflict resolution practices were evaluated. In the last chapter, the formal and informal studies aimed at resolving conflicts and building peace in today's societies, where the outlook of conflict prevails, are explained with actual examples. The results obtained by methods such as comparison and explanation within the scope of the study show that religion is a explicit factor in conflict resolution and contributes significantly to conflict resolution. In addition, as in some other religions with common moral rules, it has been concluded that Islam has the principles to prevent conflict, resolve conflict and contribute to social peace through proper practices
