great change in business life. Although the woman has been working since the early
days of history, her paid employment was realized with the industrial revolution in
the 18th and 19th centuries. The reason why work-family conflict is more common
in women is because they have more roles in society such as mother, spouse,
employee, and individual. This work; It is aimed at evaluating the work-family
conflict of women employees. The scale of work-family conflict was applied to 522
female employees in Eskişehir province through simple random sampling. The data

(Family Based Conflict, Work Based Conflict, Time Based Conflict, Behavior Based
Conflict) were obtained. These dimensions were compared with demographic
variables such as educational status, age, professional experience, marital status, and
number of children. As a result, working women with low levels of education,
married, children, and low personal income are suffering more from work-family
conflict than other working women
