DC bara, TO 247 kılıf IGBT tabanlı üç-faz evirici, IGBT kapı sürme devreleri, alçak
One of the most importing factors which affects aerodynamics of an aircraft is the
weight. Reducing the weight and dimensions of the equipment in the aircraft was achieved
by supplying the aircraft systems with 400 Hz voltage. The power source which can
generate 115 V 400 Hz AC signal appropriate with MIL-STD-704F standard is
requiremend for testing, working and repair of these systems at ground services.
In this study, a 1 Kw three phase inverter system is designed and implemented
which converts 310 V DC voltage to 115 V 400 Hz AC voltage. The 310 V DC obtained
by rectifying nominal voltage 220 V AC single phase grid voltage. The system consists of
a bridge rectifier, DC bus, TO 247 package IGBT based three phase inverter, IGBT gate
driver circuits, LC low pass filter and control system. The switching elements were
controlled by using the Space Vector Puls Width Modulation (SVPWM) technique in order
to make better use of DC bus and get low harmonic distortion in the output voltage of
inverter. The on and off controls of the IGBTs on both the high voltage side and low
voltage side are provided with the IR2110 driver integrate at a switching frequency of 20
kHz. At the output of the inverter, 115 V 400 Hz sine wave form obtained by the voltage in
the form of a high frequency pulse sequence as a result of switching is passed through the
low pass filter. Two loop which are current loop and voltage loop are used at control
system. Time-varient control signals transform to time-invarient control signals by Clarke
and Park ( ) transformation technic. After these rotating referance frame signals are
controlled with PI control technic, these signals transform to three phase constant reference
frame vectors with apply inverse transformation.
Desing of control system validated by using MATLAB/Simulink and PLECS
softwares is performed with TMS320F28335 Digital Sinyal Processor (DSP) controller of
Texas Instruments. Experimental verification was performed on 1 kW prototype and
successful results were obtained. According to the test results, three phase voltages were
obtained with high accuracy and 0,6% harmonic distortion at a full load
