Diyalektik materyalizm ve ekonomik bağımlılık teoremi (Arjantin ve Türkiye örneği)

Abstract

Çalışmanın konusunu diyalektik materyalist düşünce yöntemi ve bağımlılık teoremi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada Arjantin ve Türkiye gibi gelişmekte olan ülkelerin uzun yıllardır gelişmiş ülke haline gelememesi problemi, bağımlılık teorisi ve bu teorinin ortaya çıkmasında etkili olan diyalektik materyalist düşünce yöntemi eşliğinde incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı bu gibi ülkelerin gelişmişlik problemlerinin sebebini tespit etmek ve alternatif çözümler aramaktır. Çalışmada kaynak taraması yöntemi kullanılmış ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerin serbest piyasa koşulları altında daha gelişkin ekonomiye sahip ülkelerle yaptıkları dış ticaretin ekonomik bağımlılığa sebep olabileceği, bu bağımlılığınsa ekonomik gelişmeyi ve özellikle kalkınmayı engelleyici yönde bir etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda ekonominin toplumsal ideolojik ve siyasal bir olgu olarak ele alınması gerektiği, çünkü tüm bunların ekonominin tarihsel oluşumunun bir parçası olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bunun dışında ekonomik bağımlılıkları ciddi boyutlara ulaşan ülkelerin serbest piyasa ekonomisinde bağımlılıklarına son verebilmelerinin hiçbir yolu olmadığı da belirtilmiştir. Çalışmada ekonomik olarak bağımlı olan ülkelerin serbest piyasa ekonomisinin müdahaleci mekanizmalarını devre dışı bırakmaları gerektiği bunun yegâne yolununsa daha farklı bir üretim ve ticaret biçimi belirlemekten geçtiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Son olarak, bu radikal girişimin tek bir ülke tarafından gerçekleştirilmesinin zorlukları üzerinde durularak bağımlı olan ülkelerin kolektif bir çalışma ve planlamanın sonunda daha farklı bir üretim ilişkisini belki de daha farklı bir dünya düzenini ortaya koyabileceği ihtimali üzerinde durulmuştur

The subject of the study is the dialectical materialist method of thought and the dependency theorem. Working long years in Argentina and the country can not become full-blown problems of the theory of dependency of developing countries such as Turkey and were observed by the dialectical materialist way of thinking that is effective in the emergence of this theory. The aim of the study is to determine the reason for the development problems of such countries and to seek alternative solutions to this problem. The method of the literature review was used in the study and it was determined that the foreign trade of developing countries with more developed economies under free-market conditions may cause economic dependence, and this dependency has an effect preventing economic development and especially development. At the same time, it has been concluded that the economy should be treated as a social, ideological, and political phenomenon because all these are part of the historical formation of the economy. Apart from this, it has been stated that there is no way for countries whose economic dependencies have reached serious levels to end their dependency on the free market economy. At the end of the study, it was concluded that economically dependent countries should eliminate the interventionist mechanisms of the free market economy in order to break this blockade, and the only way to do this is to determine a different mode of production and trade. Finally, the difficulties of realizing this radical initiative by a single country are emphasized, and the possibility that economically dependent countries may reveal a different production relationship, perhaps a different world order, as a result of collective work and planning
