Bu tez, III/IX. asrın Zeydî muhaddislerinden Ahmed b. İsâ b. Zeyd (ö.
247/861) ve onun Emâlî adlı eserinin kaynakları ve tasnîf metodu hakkındadır.
Çalışma, giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır.
Giriş kısmında tezin konusu, amacı ve önemi ile çalışmada takip edilen
metodoloji ve kaynaklar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.
Birinci bölümde siyasî, ictimaî, ilmî ve kültürel yönlerden Ahmed b. İsâ’nın
(ö. 247/861) yaşadığı dönem incelenmiştir. Ayrıca onun hayatı, ilmî ve politik yönü
ile Abbasî yönetimiyle olan ilişkisi ve eserleri ele alınmıştır.
İkinci bölümde eserin mahiyeti, kaynakları ve nüshaları gibi teknik özellikler
incelenmiştir. Bununla birlikte Zeydî hadis literatüründe seçkin bir konuma sahip
olan Emâlî’de yer alan önemli şahsiyetler tanıtılmıştır.
Üçüncü bölümde Emâlî’nin tasnîf metodu, iç tutarlılığı, tertip ve düzeni ele
alınmıştır. Ayrıca eser, rivâyet metinleri ve sahabî râvîleri yönünden tahâret bölümü
özelinde Sünnî hadis literatürünün önde gelen örnekleri ile mukayese edilmiştir
This thesis is about Ahmad b. ʿIsā b. Zayd (d. 247/861) who is one of the
Zaydī muhaddiths in the III/IX. century and his Amālī resources and method of
classification of his work. This work consists introduction and three parts.
In the introduction part, the subject, purpose and the significance of the thesis
is studied, moreover, the information is given about the methodology and followed
resources .
In the first chapter, the political, religious, scientific and cultural aspects of
Ahmad b. ʿIsā’s (d. 247/861) period was examined. Moreover, his life, his scientific
and political viewpoint, his relationship with the Abbasid administration and his
works was studied.
In the second part, technical features such as quality, resources and copies of
the work are examined. In addition, important persons in the Amālī, which has an
outstanding position in the Zaydi hadith literature, are introduced.
In the third chapter, the classification method, internal consistency,
arrangement and organization of Amālī are examined. Moreover, the book was
compared with the prominent examples of Sunnī Hadith literature in terms of
narrative texts and companions’ narrators specific to Tahāra section
