Bu çalışmanın amacı, yumurta içi (in ovo ) L-glutamin yemlemesinin kuluçka
(negatif kontrol, NK) ve standart kuluçka prosedürüne tabi tutulan (SK), in ovo %0.9’luk tuz
solusyonu enjekte edilen (pozitif kontrol, PK), in ovo %1’lik L-glutamin solusyonu enjekte
tavsiye edilmektedir
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of in-ovo L-glutamine feeding on
hatching results, chick quality and embryonic development, or in ovo L-glutamine feeding
and feeding of newly hatched chickens with L-glutamine supplemented feed, digestive
system and muscle development in broiler chickens. growth performance and meat quality.
For this purpose, 1000 broiler chickens and broiler chicks (Ross 308) were used. The eggs
were randomly distributed into 4 treatment groups with 6 replicates (40 eggs at 46.7 ±… g
weight per repetition) and placed in the pre-growth plates. Treatment groups were injected
with 0.9% saline solution in ovo (positive control, PK), without injecting any solution
(negative control, NK) and subjected to standard incubation procedure (SK), 1% L-glutamine
in ovo. solution was formed from injected (Q) eggs. In ovoinjection was applied to the
amniotic fluid using a 19 mm and 27-ga needle. After the hatching, the chicks obtained from
the SK group were fed with a mixture of 1% L-glutamine (called YQ after SK emergence) for
one week, while the other groups were fed with standard mixed feed. Q treatment increased
the live weight gain of the embryo, total digestive system weight and muscle weights (P
<0.05). YQ treatment increased feed consumption, improved feed utilization and increased
total digestive system weight and length (P <0.05). In addition, it had a positive effect on
muscle weights and improved meat quality (P <0.05). As a result, feeding with L-glutamine
before or after emergence stimulated the development of the digestive tract in broiler
chickens. L-Glutamine has an effect on small intestinal morphology (villus length, villus
width, crypt depth and total mucosal thickness). Feeding of L-Glutamine after ingestion The
development of the digestive system with food taken in the first 14 days will increase small
intestinal cell proliferation and nutrient absorption. Feeding L-glutamine is recommended
both in terms of applicability and in the digestive system
