Sentezlenen
komplekslerin yapısal analizleri sonucunda bileşiklerin moleküler formülleri
Mn(C18H36O2)2.(B4O7)∙2H2O (1.1), Cu(C18H36O2)2
.
(B4O7)H2O (1.2),
Mn(C18H36O2)2Ni(C18H36O2)(B4O7)H2O (1.3), Cu(C4H4N2O3)2·3H2O (2.1),
Cd(C4H4N2O3)2·2H2O (2.2), Sn(C4H4N2O3)3·4H2O (2.3), Mn(C4H4N2O3)2Ni(B4O7)·4H2O
(3.1), Sn(C4H4N2O3)2Ni(B4O7)·2H2O (3.2) ve Sn(C4H4N2O3)2Cu(B4O7) (3.3) olarak
belirlenmiştir.
Elde edilen kompleksler, jelleştirme yöntemi ile plastikleştirilmiştir. Yeni nesil
termal stabilizörlerden oluşturulmuş olan PVC hamuru ISO 182-2 standardında tanımlanan
termostatik analiz yöntemi ile test edilmiştir. Böylece PVC’nin termal bozunumu esnasında
açığa çıkan H+
and Cl- iyonlarının yeni nesil termal stabilizörler tarafından soğurulma
In this study, it is aimed to obtain new generation stabilizers and plastic additives
with high thermal and UV resistance suitable for use in PVC profil blend production using
with borate, barbiturate and stereate ligands. The structural properties of the complexes were
investigated by elemental, thermal analysis, vibrational (FT-IR and Raman) spectroscopy,
Powder-PXRD and single crystal X-ray diffraction (SC-XRD), X-ray fluorescence
spectroscopy (XRF) and UV-VIS spectroscopy methods. The synthesized complexes were
given in following molecular formula: Mn(C18H36O2)2.(B4O7)∙2H2O (1.1),
Cu(C18H35O2)2
.
(B4O7)·H2O (1.2), Mn(C18H36O2)2Ni(C18H36O2)(B4O7)·H2O (1.3),
Cu(C4H4N2O3)2·3(H2O) (2.1), Cd(C4H4N2O3)2·2H2O (2.2), Sn(C4H4N2O3)3·4H2O (2.3),
Mn(C4H4N2O3)2Ni(B4O7)·4H2O (3.1), Sn(C4H4N2O3)2Ni(B4O7)·2H2O (3.2) ve
Sn(C4H4N2O3)2Cu(B4O7) (3.3)
Obtained complexes were plasticated with gelation methods. The absorbing capacity
of H+
and Cl-
ions during the thermal degradation of PVC from new generation plastic blend
obtained from the synthesized complexes was determined by dehydrochlorination test
methods, which described with ISO 182-2 standard. Obtained results were compared with
DHC test results of the standard commercial PVC mold, which is reference blend in this
work. The thermal stabilization capacity of the complexes are increased as following: 3.3 >
2.1 > 1.1> 1.2 > 2.3 > 3.3 > 2.2 > 3.2 > 3.1 The results are shown that the best stabilization
is provided with manganese atoms in the PVC mold. Additionally, stereat and borate anions
show in good thermal stabilizer behavior
