Son
olarak, 5 eksenli SCARA tipi çapak alma robotunun kontrolü sağlanmıştır
In the industry, burrs formed in the production of casts must be cleaned before
delivery to the customer. In order to clean the burrs, human use increases both the cost of
production of some parts and the production of parts takes longer. A robot developed for
industrial use can be transformed into a deburring robot by attaching an end effector to clean
the burrs. However, in such an approach, it is assumed that the locations of the burrs are
known, and end effector of the robot is able to take the burrs by applying a force on the grill
while tracking a certain trajectory. In this study, for the 5-axis SCARA (Selective
Compliance Assembly Robot Arm) type robot arm designed to take the burrs on the cast
grill produced for the countertop stove is aimed to create an automatic trajectory around the
part using the data obtained from CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawings of the casting
part. The position and vertex information (X, Y, and Z) of end effector of the robot is
calculated according to the world coordinate system and the trajectory of the end effector of
the robot arm is visualized by the developed graphical user interface. In order for the created
trajectory to be applicable on the robot arm, the material necessary for the robot is
determined. According to purchased materials, robot panel connections are made, drive
parameters are determined and velocity, acceleration, position, PID variables for each joint
were determined. Finally, the 5 axis SCARA type deburring robot is controlled
