Bu çalısmada sübstitüe olmus 2-amino-6-metilbenzotiyazol ile piridin-2-
karbaldehit ve piridin-3-karbaldehitin toluen içindeki reaksiyonlarından Schiff bazları
(6-metil-N-(piridin-2-ilmetiliden)-1,3-benzotiyazol-2-amin ve 6-metil-N-(piridin-3-
ilmetiliden)-1,3-benzotiyazol-2-amin) sentezlenmistir.
Yine bu çalısmada, 2-amino-5,6-dimetilbenzotiyazol ve 2-amino-4-
metilbenzotiyazol ile piridin-3-karbaldehitin toluen içindeki reaksiyonlarından Schiff
bazları (5,6-dimetil-N-(piridin-3-ilmetiliden)-1,3-benzotiyazol-2-amin ve 4-metil-N-
(piridin-3-ilmetiliden)-1,3-benzotiyazol-2-amin) sentezlenmistir.
Reaksiyon kosulları referans (Vicini, P., et. al., 2003) ile aynıdır. Çözücü olarak
benzen yerine toluen kullanılmıstır.
6-metil-N-(piridin-2-ilmetiliden)-1,3-benzotiyazol-2-amin, 6-metil-N-(piridin-3-
ilmetiliden)-1,3-benzotiyazol-2-amin, 5,6-dimetil-N-(piridin-3-ilmetiliden)-1,3-
benzotiyazol-2-amin ve 4-metil-N-(piridin-3-ilmetiliden)-1,3-benzotiyazol-2-amin
yapılarının metanol içerisinde NaBH4 ile indirgenmesi sonunda ürünler (6-metil-N-
(piridin-2-ilmetil)-1,3-benzotiyazol-2-amin, 6-metil-N-(piridin-3-ilmetil)-1,3-
benzotiyazol-2-amin, 5,6-dimetil-N-(piridin-3-ilmetil)-1,3-benzotiyazol-2-amin ve 4-
metil-N-(piridin-3-ilmetil)-1,3-benzotiyazol-2-amin) sentezlenmistir.
Sentezlenen maddelerin yapıları spektroskopik metotlarla (IR, 1H-NMR, 13CNMR)
ve elementel analiz ile aydınlatılmıstır.
In this study, 2-amino-6-methylbenzothiazol reacted with pyridine-2-
carboxaldehyde and pyridine-3-carboxaldehyde in toluen to obtain Schiff bases of (6-
methyl-N-(pyridin-2-ylmethylidene)-1,3-benzothiazol-2-amine and 6-methyl-N-
(pyridin-3-ylmethylidene)-1,3-benzothiazol-2-amine) derivatives.
2-Amino-5,6-dimethylbenzothiazol and 2-amino-4-methylbenzothiazol reacted
with pyridine-3-carboxaldehyde in toluen to obtain Schiff bases of (5,6-dimethyl-N-
(pyridin-3-ylmethylidene)-1,3-benzothiazol-2-amine and 4-methyl-N-(pyridin-3-
ylmethylidene)-1,3-benzothiazol-2-amine) derivatives.
The reaction conditions were the same as Vicini, P., et. al., 2003.
The products (6-methyl-N-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)-1,3-benzothiazol-2-amine, 6-
methyl-N-(pyridin-3-ylmethyl)-1,3-benzothiazol-2-amine, 5,6-dimethyl-N-(pyridin-3-
ylmethyl)-1,3-benzothiazol-2-amine and 4-methyl-N-(pyridin-3-ylmethyl)-1,3-
benzothiazol-2-amine) were synthesized by reduction (6-methyl-N-(pyridin-2-
ylmethylidene)-1,3-benzothiazol-2-amine, 6-methyl-N-(pyridin-3-ylmethylidene)-1,3-
benzothiazol-2-amine, 5,6-dimethyl-N-(pyridin-3-ylmethylidene)-1,3-benzothiazol-2-
amine and 4-methyl-N-(pyridin-3-ylmethylidene)-1,3-benzothiazol-2-amine) with
NaBH4 in methanol.
The structures of synthesized derivatives were determined by spectroscopic
methods (IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR) and elemental analysis.
