Deneysel strangülasyon ileusunda troloks tedavisinin etkilerinin
arastırılması. Eskisehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi
Genel Cerrahi Anabilim Dalı Tıpta Uzmanlık Tezi, Eskisehir, 2007. Bu
çalısmada, toplam 28 adet rat 4 esit gruba ayrılarak kullanıldı. 14 ratta 60 dakika
verilirken, 4. grup rata intraperitoneal 1 cc serum fizyolojik içinde 15 mg/kg
Troloks verildi.
Examination of the effects of Trolox treatment in the
experimental strangulation obstruction. Eskisehir Osmangazi University
Faculty of Medicine, Medical Speciality Thesis in the Department of
General Surgery, Eskisehir, 2007. In this study, the total number of 28 rats
was divided into 4 groups. In 14 of them, strangulation obstruction has been made
for 60 minutes long. In the first group, the laparotomy was made in each rat and 1
cc physiological serum was given intraperitoneally. In the second group, 15mg/kg
Trolox was added to 1 cc physiological serum and given intraperitoneally. In the
third group, 1 cc physiological serum was given five minutes, before the
reperfusion, following the 60 minutes strangulation obstruction. In the fourth
group, 15 mg/kg Trolox was added to 1 cc physiological serum and given
intraperitoneally five minutes, before the reperfusion, following the 60 minutes
strangulation obstruction. After 24 hours, relaparotomy for each rat was performed
and small intestinal specimens were obtained. From these samples, biochemical
examinations of tissues and histopathologic evaluations were conducted. Intracardiac
blood samples were obtained and biochemical examinations were made. As
a result of those examinations, (histopathologic evaluations, serum biochemical
examinations, and tissue levels of MDA, SOD, catalase) no statistical difference
existed between groups having physiological serum and Trolox applied during the
strangulation obstruction.
