Đşiten Öğrenciler (NĐÖ)in gerekse Đşitme Engelli Öğrenciler (ĐEÖ)in geometri akademik
In this research, the effects of activities created in the medium of computer with
dynamic geometry program Euclidean Reality on on students’ geometry success Van Hiele
levels, attitudes in the level of 6th class are explored. The example of this research consists of
52 students who are in 8th class in Hearing Disabled School in Kadıköy in Đstanbul and hear
normally in the 6th class in Maltepe in Istanbul. With the method of researcher teacher is
given Euclidean Reality education lasting six weeks (20 class hour) related to geometric
concepts and polygon. In the research single group pre test –last test experiment pattern is
used. According to condition of hearing, Van hiele geometric test (VHGT), geometry success
test (GST) and geometric attitudes scale (GAS) are applied after and before the given
education in order to evaluate attitudes, successes and geometric thinking level of the group.
The condition of the hearing of the group in the analysis of the acquired data, paired sample
and independent sample t –tests are used to indicate whether there are differences in average
scores taken from VHGT, GST and GAS. At the end of the research, with the given computer
assisted education positive progresses are made on both students who are hearing normally
and students who are hearing disabled in geometry academic successes and geometry
attitudes. No Meaningful difference is not gained on students who are hearing disabled in the
levels of Van hiele Geometry, contrary to this Meaningful difference is gained on students
who are hearing normally in the levels of Van hiele Geometry
