Metoksiizopropilmetakrilamid’in (N-2-M PMA) sıcaklıga duyarlı oldugu görülmüstür.
Deneylerde monomer, çapraz baglayıcı, baslatıcı ve seyreltici derisimleri degistirilerek
sıcaklıga farklı duyarlılık gösteren hidrojel matrisler elde edilmistir. Elde edilen
hidrojel matrislerin sulu ortamda denge su içeriklerinin sıcaklıkla degisimi belirlenerek
sıcaklıga duyarlılıkları incelenmistir.
In this study, methacrylamide based monomers were synthesized by the
nucleophyllic substitution reactions of seven different amines to synthesize temperature
sensitive hyrogels that getting more important according to different applications such
as drug release, simulated (artificial) muscle, sensor systems and gen engineering in
recent years and the monomers were characterized.
Crosslinked hydrogels structures were synthesized by bulk polymerization
method. N,N-methylenbisacrylamide (MBA), tetramethylendiamine (TEMED),
potasiumpersulfate (KPS) and polyethylenglicol 4000 (PEG 4000) were used as crosslinker,
accelerator, initiator and diluent respectively in the polimerization processes.
Six hydrogel obtained from synthesized monomers from which 3-
Etoxypropylmethacrylamide (3-EPMA), Cyclopropylmethacrylamide (CPMA), N-2-
Methoxyisopropylmethacrylamide (N-2-MIPMA) were seen thermo-responsive
property. In experimental studies, hydrogel matrices were obtained that response
different sensitivity to temperature by varying the concentration of the monomer, crosslinker,
initiator and diluent. Temperature sensitivities of the obtained hydrogel matrices
were investigated by examining the change of their equilibrium water contents with
temperature in aqueous media.
