In this thesis, Bayesian estimation method, which is frequently used in Structural
Equation Models as an alternative to classical estimation methods, has been tested using a
proposed Technology Acceptance Model. In addition to this, detailed information about the
Bayesian method was given, prediction stages of the method was divided into steps and
each step was examined in detail to be reproducible for researchers. This thesis shows how
the Bayesian Method, which has become popular in making statistical inferences with the
development of computing technologies, is used in Structural Equation Models, and it
covers parameter estimation steps for this purpose. In this study, Maximum Likelihood
method, Robust Maximum Likelihood method and Bayesian method were used for
parameter estimation in Structural Equation Models. In the Bayesian method, the Markov
Chain Monte Carlo method was used to obtain the posterior distribution of each parameter,
and the Gibbs sampling method was used to draw the samples from each posterior
distribution. In this study, it was found that appropriate estimates can be obtained in small
sample sizes with the Bayesian estimation method.
