Anestezi yoğun bakım ünitesi’nde yatan hastaların yakınlarının memnuniyet düzeyinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Dünyada sağlık sektöründe özelleşme ve sağlık sigortalarının yaygınlaşması ile birlikte, sağlık hizmetinin kalitesinin değerlendirilmesi önem kazanmakta olup, kalitenin değerlendirilmesinde önemli bir parametre de, hasta yakınlarının memnuniyetin ölçülmesidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Anestezi Yoğun Bakım Ünitesi’nde yatan hasta yakınlarının memnuniyetini değerlendirebilmek ve verilen hizmeti iyileştirebilmek için hastanın tedavisi ve bakımı, hasta hakkında verilen bilginin niteliği, yoğun bakım ünitesi çalışanlarının hasta yakınına karşı tutumları, karar verme süreci ile ilgili memnuniyetinin araştırılmasıdır. Çalışma Aralık 2016-Şubat 2017 tarihleri arasında Anestezi Yoğun Bakım Ünitesi’nde tedavi edilen toplam 62 hastanın yakını ile yapılmıştır. Yoğun bakım üniteleri için geliştirilmiş aile memnuniyetini sorgulama formunda, hasta yakınlarına samimi bilgi verilip verilmediği (bilgi), hasta yakınlarında hastanın durumunun iyileşeceğine olan umut konusunda güven verilebilirliği (güven), hasta yakınının fiziksel veya duygusal olarak hastanın yanında olabilmesi (yakınlık), hasta yakınlarına verilen destek (destek), hasta yakınlarının kişisel konforları (konfor) ile ilgili sorular yöneltildi. Anket sonuçları Shapiro Wilk testi, t testi, Mann Whitney U testi ile analiz edildi. Çalışmaya katılan hasta yakınlarının yoğun bakım hizmetimizden memnuniyeti değerlendirildiğinde, ortalamanın %77,6 olduğu saptandı. Hasta yakınlarının en fazla memnuniyet duyduğu alt bölümler sırası ile bilgi (%80,1) ve yakınlıktı(%79,6). En az memnuniyet duyulan alt bölümün konfor (%74,1) olduğu saptandı. Çalışmada hastaların yakınlarının yoğun bakım ünitemizde verilen bakımdan ortalama düzeyde memnun olduklarını saptadık. Memnuniyet düzeyini farklı birçok parametre etkilediği için bu çalışmada kullanılan değişken sayısının artırılması ile yapılacak çalışmalarda etkinliği artıracak yönde sonuçlar elde edilebilir.

With the spread of privatization and health insurance in the health sector in the world, the evaluation of the quality of the health service becomes important . and the measurement of the satisfaction of the patients' relatives is an important parameter in the evaluation of the quality. The purpose of this study is to investigate the satisfaction of the inpatient relatives in the anesthesia intensive care unit and the satisfaction of the patients treatment and care, the quality of the information given about the patient, the attitudes of the intensive care unit employees towards the patient and the decision. This study was conducted on 62 patients treated in Anesthesia and Intensive Care Unit between December 2016 and February 2017. İn the form of questionnaire for family satisfaction developed for intensive care units, the patient's relatives are given sincere information (information), the patient's relatives have confidence in the hope that the patient's condition will improve, the patient's relatives can be physically or emotionally close to the patient, Support given to patient's relatives (support) and personal comforts (comfort). Survey results were analyzed by Shapiro Wilk test, t test, Mann Whitney U test. When the satisfaction of our patients who participated in the study were evaluated from our intensive care service, it was seen that the average rate was 77.6%. The subdivisions that were most pleased with the relatives of the patient were found to be information (80.1%) and closeness (79.6%). While the least satisfied sub-section was found to be comfort (74.1%). In our study, we found that the relatives of the patients were satisfied with the average level of care provided in our intensive care unit. Because many different parameters affect the level of satisfaction, it is suggested to increase the number of variables used in the study because it is thought that the results will increase when there are more variable parameters to be worked on.
