Amaç: Araştırmanın amacı, okul yöneticilerine göre yönetim etiğini ortaya koymaktır. Yöntem: Bu araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Eskişehir ili merkezindeki devlet ortaokullarından 25 erkek, 5 kadın toplam 30 yönetici ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Yöneticilere 10 soru yöneltilmiştir. Görüşmelerde izin veren görüşmecilerle ses kaydı, izin vermeyen görüşmecilerle not alma tekniği kullanılmıştır.
Purpose: The purpose of the study is to reveal administrative ethics according to school administrators. Method: Qualitative research method was used in this study. A total of 30 administrators, 25 male and 5 female, were interviewed from state secondary schools in Eskisehir province center. Ten questions were asked to the administrators. Voice recordings were used with the interviewers who allowed the interviews and note-taking techniques with the interviewers who did not allow them. The data were coded according to the content analysis and the themes and sub-themes were created. Frequency is specified in the tables. Results: Depending on the findings of the research, it has become clear that school administrators have a general perception of ethics. The number of administrators who are aware of ethical contracts in the school is not very high. School leaders see that the greatest factor in the lack of ethical administration is pressure from the top. The administrators state that the ethical club in the school, the ethics committee and the ethics day is not functional. Conclusion and Discussion: According to the results of the research, school administrators were found able to make definitions about ethics. There is a study by Kaplan (2009) that supports this finding in the literature. Administrators are often ignorant of unethical behavior. The study of Turgut (2010) supports these findings. Overpressure and inadequacy are the most important factors in the lack of ethical administration. Örselli (2010) and Pehlivan (1997) have reached the same results in the field. The distribution of tasks by the administrators is at least adhered to justice. It differs from that of Acar (2011) that has found justice at high level.
