Haberi sıfatların Türkçe tercümeleri meselesi -ayet ve hadislerde-

Abstract

Bu çalışmamızda öncelikle Allah’ın sıfatları başlıklar halinde ele alınıp açıklandı. Kur’an tercümeleri ile ilgili bilgiler verildi. Ayet ve hadislerde geçen haberi sıfatların mütercimler tarafından nasıl tercüme edildiği ve bunun sonucunda ortaya çıkan meseleler ele alındı. Özellikle ayetlerde geçen haberi sıfatlar üzerinde daha çok durulmakla birlikte hadislerden de örnekler verilerek konu işlenmeye çalışıldı. Haberi sıfatlar, beşerî alanda kullanıldıkları anlamlarıyla Allah’a izâfe edildiklerinde, teşbihi (antropomorfizm) gerektirmektedirler. Çünkü bu halde; eli, yüzü, gözü, ayağı olan, oturan, yürüyen ve hareket eden, kısaca maddi vasıflara sahip bir zât, ortaya çıkmaktadır. Hâlbuki Allah cevher, cisim ve araz olmaktan münezzehtir. Bu bağlamda haberi sıfatların nasıl anlaşılması gerektiği ve ispât-tenzih dengesinin sağlanamaması bir problem olarak ortaya konulmaya çalışıldı. Çalışmamızın amacı mütercimlerin haberi sıfatları nasıl bir kelami görüşle tercüme ettiklerini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Ayrıca çalışmamızda bu ilâhi sıfatların Kur’ân ve Hadisin çizdiği sınırlar çerçevesinde teşbihe, tecsime kaçmadan ve zihinlerin anlayabileceği ifadeler ile anlamlandırılması gerektiği ifade edildi.
