giderimine (%99) pH 2, 25 A/m2 akım yoğunluğu, 0,15625 g Na2SO4 ilavesi ve 7,5 V gerilim
In this study, micro-electrolysis, electrocoagulations and electro-Fenton techniques were
investigated for the treatment of model wastewater which contains Deep Red azo dye. In
microelectrolysis experiments, the effects of fillings material, electical conductivity, initial dye
concentration, pH on the removal efficiency of dye were studied.
The 99.5% value of the highest
removals for micro-electrolysis with powder iron filings-active carbon filler, 150 mg / L solution
concentration, pH 3, the electrical conductivity of 3 mS / cm and feed rate of 9.1 mL/ s was
reached . In electrocoagulation experiments; the effects of pH, current density, electrolyte
concentration and voltage for the dye removal and the effect on energy consumption was
examined. The highest dye removal (99%) was achieved at pH 2, 25 A / m2 current density, the
addition of 0.15625 g Na2SO4 and 7.5 V. In experiments conducted for the electro-Fenton
process; the effects of pH, current density, voltage the addition of supporting electrolyte on the
removal of dyes and energy consumption were examined. The maximum dye removal of 99%
was found at the pH of dyes 2, current density of 25 A / m2, applied voltage of 10 V and addition
of 0.15625 g Na2SO4.
