Bu çalışmada, 3-amino-4-hidroksi-5-nitro sülfonik asit ile çeşitli konumlarında hidroksi veya metoksi içeren benzaldehit bileşikleri kullanılarak yeni tip benzen sülfonik Schiff bazları sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen maddeler 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, IR ve elemental analiz teknikleriyle karakterize edilmiştir. İkinci aşamada UV-görünür bölge spektroskopik yöntem ile sentezlenen bileşiklerin asitlik sabitleri ve pKa değerleri hesaplandı. Son olarak, aynı bileşiklerin UV-görünür bölge spektroskopik yöntem aracılığıyla farklı çözücülerdeki tautomer dengeleri hesaplandı. |

In this study, new benzen sulfonic Schiff bases were synthetized by using 3-amino-4-hydroksi-5-nitro sulfonic acid with benzaldehyde which contain various positions of hydroxy or methoxy. All synthesized compounds were characterized using 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, IR and elemental analysis methods. In the second stage, we investigated the acidity constants and pKa values of synthesized compounds by UV-visible spectroscopic method. Finally, we investigated tautomer equilibrium of same compounds in different solutions by UV-visible spectroscopic method. |
